Return Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the package was received, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after receiving it
If you happen to choose the wrong size, we cannot refund you. But we can send you another in your size in exchange for the ones you already ordered!
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 5 to 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you still have not received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. Often, there is a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at oohmypaws@gmail.com and send your item to the facility Oh My Paws (we will email you with the details).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable .
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement product to arrive may vary.
If you send an item over $75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
