SHIPPING POLICY
We have worked hard to ensure that items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
VERIFICATION:
You will receive a confirmation email once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after verification. With this timeframe, it is difficult for us to modify or cancel your order; however, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
PROCESSING:
Typically, we take 2 to 5 business days to process your order.
Please note that this does not include holidays or weekends.
Delivery
- DE/UK/IT/BE/CA: 19-39 business days to arrive.
- Rest of the world: 25-45 business days.

SHIPPING
Shipping usually takes 8 to 22 business days to arrive, but it can take up to 22-30 business days during peak periods, such as holidays, etc. Please refer to the table below for different shipping times to international destinations. * Shipping time is estimated and starts from the shipping date, rather than the order date, and may take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
* Submit a ticket within 60 days of shipping if the package does not arrive on time, our representative will contact you within 24 hours. Please note that late requests may not be accepted.
SCOPE OF THE WARRANTY
All products at Oh My Paws! come with a delivery guarantee within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia, 120 days for deliveries to Brazil). If you purchase any product through the site, you are protected if you do not receive your order on time.

*We are not responsible for deliveries that were attempted but unsuccessful because no one was home or available to provide a signature.
*We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts that result in a return to sender.
*We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered in our shipping form.
*Once a package is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
*Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen packages.
*We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unexpected postal delivery delays, such as local postal delays or strikes.
*We are not responsible for customs fees for international customers.
